IIRC, there are some perl or bash scripts to handle FREQs via binkd... check
question 17 in the posted FAQ...
in the mean time, if you are running binkd 1.1a19 or newer, there should be a
bash script named srifreq that you might use... i have to look back in my bases
and see if i can find another one that i recall being posted in script form...
not sure if i locked it to retain it in the base after the three year retention
period or not, though... but i just looked at the sources for srifreq and that
may be what i'm thinking of having been posted from stas degteff... if you have
a clone or fork of the binkd git repository, you can find srifreq in the misc
directory ;)
