Ok, I ran fastecho toss in a command line session.  Error 37 is insufficent
Memory. XMS 2.00 and DPMI 0.90 are detected.  32-Bit Protected Mode Normal
Compression is being used.  This is not a fastecho issue, but I don't know
how to fix it.  I'll use my friend Google.
