Anything over 75 chars will be truncated and more than 15 lines ignored.

The limits are because of the historical limits on BBS systems.

Otherwise there is no need for them.

Not sure there is a reason to have more than 15 lines though, but there could
be, it would be easy enough to do (one minor change).

Lets face it most BBS callers do not read beyond five or so lines and not much
more for rules content, if they look at all.

Likewise characters per line.

So BBS users, what are the limits on YOUR bbs and include name and version
numbers AND what will happen if a limit is exceeded ?
