Try this:

Command D3
CD<C:\Doors\LEGION>LEGION.EXE -D %PDOOR32.SYS -N %N

Replace the directory in <> with wherever you have installed the game but do include the brackets.  Do not insert a space between %P and DOOR32.SYS.
