Some mistakes are easily forgotten. Even though your computer had forgotten
the files, clearly you hadn't forgotten that mistake!

Same goes for coding, too. Thinking that I could write something better or
simpler, I've deleted whole chunks of a program, only to berate myself for it
the next day...
