Minor release:

- Fix for the internal editor crashing on many thousands of messages.

- The question "Scan for Echomail" in Config-Advanced-BBS has been
 removed. You invoke this via the *S macro in the DOS commands section.

- Slightly reduced disk-access in unpacking/tossing on busy Hub systems.

- Fix for OTL semaphore problems.
