D'Bridge still has it as an option, but in the next minor release there may
be a specific warning shown if it is enabled for an area.

I really don't see a logical need to have it anymore. INTL kludges were an
option at one time as well. I removed that question from the setup-screen
quite some time ago and permanently generate INTL as every system is 4D/5D
addressing. I'm assuming in 1989 that 3D addressing was common.

Tossers that generate Dynamic/Frontdoor or Arcmail attachments should work.
