Its not that black and white.
Lets just say that D'Bridge users for the most part, enjoy having "one neck to
strangle" when things go wrong. They enjoy seeing it worked on by someone
who actually uses it to run a large mail-hub system.
They like having the ability to directly talk to the programmer or have the
programmer fix whatever problem for them in real-time via. remote-access.
Users tend to fall in love with their programs. Its hard to keep that love
when someone forks it, changes or remove functionality without reason, doesn't
understand that the "quirks" are there for a reason, or generally doesn't care
about the users.
