Not found in Windows 10.  Perhaps elsewhere, but not in Taskbar in the location
y9ou mention.  Found it.  It's under the Details Tab instead.  Problem is that
I have two items in there.  All proccessors, and CPU 0.  If I uncheck either of
those choices, both get unchecked.  So back to square One.
