There could be a few things. Is this happening with BinkD running as a service
or just as a normal process?
If you have a multi-core CPU, try setting the affinity of BinkD to use only
one CPU core in Windows task manager.
The simular "D'Bridge falls asleep at midnight" problem is resolved this way.
Ensuring that you have a constant supply of beer in the fridge also works.
