It means you really need to upgrade that point system to the latest version.

FPNP is a leftover from a LONG time ago with something I began to write but
did not quite finish, called Fido plug and play, automatically assigning
addresses for Point systems. Also if you elected to connect to my system for
updates notifications.

Because the way that worked was using a completely different BinkD
configuration to contact my system.
