     Title: Lemon Syrup For Tea
Categories: Beverages
     Yield: 1 Batch

     1 kg Sugar
     1 kg Lemons or limes;
          - finely sliced

 Mix sugar and sliced lemons. Leave standing for several days, shaking
 & mixing occasionally. Separate the syrup from the lemon peels. Mix
 with water to make tea.
