     Title: Butternut Hash Browns

          Sausage grease or bacon fat
          Potatoes; diced
          Apples; chopped
          Butternut; diced

 Peel potatoes, apples, and butternut squash. Then fry, chopped, in any
 proportion, in hot fat.
