Title: Mickey Waffles
Categories: Breads, Dairy, Novelty
Yield: 8 waffles
1 3/4 c A-P flour
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Kosher salt
2 lg Eggs
2 c Buttermilk
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 ts Pure vanilla extract
Preheat waffle iron.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar,
baking powder, baking soda and salt. Whisk to combine.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, vegetable
oil and vanilla extract.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just
until combined.
Measure 1/2 cup of batter onto Mickey Mouse waffle
maker. Cook for about 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
