MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: No-Bake Blueberry Pie
Categories: Five, Pies, Pastry, Fruits
     Yield: 6 servings

   1/2 c  Sugar
     2 tb Cornstarch
   3/4 c  Water
     4 c  Blueberries, thawed if
          - frozen
     1    Graham cracker crust (9")
          Whipped cream; opt

 In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir
 in water until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat;
 cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add blueberries. Cook for 3
 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into crust. Chill.
 Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
