I find most services don't do much about that. The worst thing,
probably just an excuse to make your life miserable if you use
some other service, if anyone from some eMail provider, even if
they have many millions of users, will block all eMail from that
service if one person there gets caught sending out Spam and such.
I've had to go online a few times and fill out forms to have my
address removed from someones's automatic eMail blocking.
I don't have a lot of user experience with gMail since, although
I am required to have an account there for devices, I have anything
sent to me at gMail automatically forwarded to another of my eMail
addresses and, if it requires a reply, I will usually switch the
sender over to use my other address instead.
Just looking online and apparently gMail has 1.8 Billion users,
or about 1/4 of everyone world wide with an eMail address.
No wonder they like to play the Bully.. B)
