Petscii BBS Builder: framework for building your own Petscii-enabled BBS for

Just released the source on github, in the README file there is a quick start
description on how to build your own BBS. In the sources there is a few of more
complex samples, they will be clear after reading the simple "Hello, world"
style example.

Knowledge of Java 1.7+ is required
