I hope I can be of help to You.
I have the Spinnaker Better Working POWER C software.

A long time ago I printed the Directory using the DISK LOG PRG.

The PRG Files on Side A

SHELL               0801 1678           15 BLOCKS
COMPILER            2000 7ACD           92 BLOCKS
CDE.SH              1800 5F59           72 BLOCKS
TRANSLATOR          2000 558A           54 BLOCKS
TRIM.SH             1800 5827           65 BLOCKS
CC.SH               1800 1C28            5 BLOCKS
ED.SH               1800 3680           31 BLOCKS
LINK.SH             1800 2787           16 BLOCKS
SHAPES.SH           1800 31EE           27 BLOCKS

Also on Side A are a bunch of SEQ Files.

The PRG Files on Side B

TERM.C1 V2          C000 C737            8 BLOCKS
TERMINAL BOOT       0801 0F59            8 BLOCKS
INSTRUCTIONS        0801 08DE            1 BLOCK

Also on Side B are a bunch of SEQ Files, some of those filenames
start with:

C0XXX.OBJ and C10XX.OBJ so it looks to me like POWER C uses memory
in the $C000 range.

I never learned to use C, but years ago I was in the FIDO BASIC Echo
and the messages there were about Microsoft Q-Basic and QuickBasic.
The Echo might had been called QuickBasic, I can't remember correctly.

But I used some of the hints I got there to write PRG's for my C=64.

... I looked in my mailbox today and it was empty just like my head.
