If you're using linux, you can use something like that:

touch $FIDO_SPOOL_DIR/outbound/$(printf "%04x" $1)$(printf %04x $2).dlo

Where $1 - net, $2 - node.
Also note that if your default zone is 1, you need to configure ountbount
correctly for zone 46.
