ok the connection issues seem to be mostly fixed, most of the time it works no
problem but sometimes there will be a hiccup where you'll connect to a blank
screen (at least it did for me when connecting with syncterm). if you try to
connect and that happens just close the connection and re-connect and that
should do the trick... sorry for the inconvenience
