That just pushes things to a state level as far as education goes.  It just
takes one money laundering scheme away.

In Michigan, when we had a good gov, we got "right to work" on the ballot and
it passed easily.  That means that unions can't force people to be in the union
and can't take dues out of paychecks.  Needless to say, the teacher's union
"renegotiated" contracts before the law went into effect to lock teachers into
a contract.

I need to look to see where that all went.  The contracts should be up by now.
