Accused by who? Fox News? What crimes has he actually been convicted of? I read he was arrested for loitering as day labor outside of a home improvement store in 2016 or so, do you have any other credible records?

The missing piece here - being accused of a crime is not being convicted of a crime, and acting on accusations without due process is the exact erosion of civil liberties people are protesting.
