Renamed this thing from "twitpher" to "phlog".

This isn't really microblogging anymore. It's just a normal phlog.

As for actual microblogging, I might give [twtxt] a try. Actually, I
wonder why I ignored it in the past. Seems like a pretty nice concept.
There has been some talk about it on the [nixers forums] lately.

Plain twtxt is truly decentralised. Just write to a text file and host
it somewhere. Like RSS/Atom, people can then "subscribe" to it using a
client of their choice. Dead simple and simply awesome.

Maybe I'll host a twtxt file somewhere. Maybe not.
