A  colleague  of  mine  often  mocks me because I use bitmap fonts. In
 fact, none of my colleagues uses a bitmap font. Just me.

 Okay. I gave in. I'm going to use DejaVu Sans Mono for two weeks.  Can
 I get used to it? Does it provide any real benefits? So far:

 Benefits:

    + More glyphs. I don't need to patch Terminus anymore.

 Downsides:

    - It looks blurry as hell.

    - A lot slower than Terminus.

    - With  Terminus,  I can get two terminals with about 80 characters
      side by side  on  my  netbook.  With  DejaVu,  I  either  get  71
      characters (not enough) or 99 characters (font size too small).
