So a practical way of asciifying images. Gimp > Export as
pbm (22 characters wide, 20 tall). Delete the first three
lines (gimp adds a one line comment by default) (these
lines are informational). Join all the lines I guess. Write
a terrible LOOP that inserts newlines every (zerop (mod n
22)). I cat it to xclip -i, ymmv. phost that. It's
incidental but the linewidth is 60 characters (character
limit is 480).
