Getting back on track!
- Following my diet, not cheat meals this time
- daily training
- daily reading 10 pages
- daily studying a bit of chinese and arab
- drinking a gallon of water a day
- i started also studying, not as much as i want but i'm starting at least

overall my mood is far better, i like to stick to strict rules.

I would like to start meditating again, maybe now is a good moment to do it.

i'm so positive and in a good mood, i wanna do so many things!!!!

P.S. i think i might be bipolar, i alternate between periods of extreme euphoria others where i'm a depressed
degenerate. idk i'll think about it! for the moment i'll just enjoy it!
