For a transgender person going from Male to Female, after the voice changed
there is no way to go back. An orthophonist medic will have to help you
reeducate your voice so you get a female one.

A voice doesn't need to be high to sounds female. It's more about the speed,
the melody and the rythm. This takes around 10 sessions or 30 minutes to hold
the correct voice and then, depending on the person, you can use it daily in
any situation naturally without even thinking about it.

At first it is a bit hard because it requires to make the larynx moving while
it's usually lazy. The orthophonist helps there at the beginning, you should
not force if you get pain, you may hurt yourself. This is a muscle that
requires some training as any others.

Hopefully, I am lucky and my voice is really nice :)
