During this period of non-work I thought I would be
struggling to fill my time, initially, and had envisioned
spending a lot more time in front of a computer.
Neither is true. That's probably good.
I've a big inbox I'd like to work down -- of links and
interesting things and books and such. But also just ...
looking at the house or the grass of some half-completed
project on my desk has lead me to accidentally do more
fulfilling and interesting things than I would have be
over-planning.
