I did it! I wrote my first tiny little project in Go. It's not perfect. Far from
it, but it's something. It's called [Kogara](

and it's just a simple little link shortener built upon Redis and Gin, mainly
because I wanted to learn more about both, as well as learn a bit about go. It
actually seems to work pretty well. The response time on the requests is
sub-millisecond with a local Redis instance. It's a pretty cool feeling. It's
got a long way to go before I'd recommend it to any friends, but it's something!

Now this is a cool song I discovered on Chromeo radio on Google Play Music. It's
from Penguin Prison, an artist I heard back when I was listening to a lot of
RAC's remixes. It's called _Don't Fuck With My Money_, and it's pretty amazing.
The music video was filmed in 2011, and it's set against the Occupy Wall Street
protests, giving the video some poignant meaning to the song itself. Definitely
worth a listen.

Wow. It's actually been almost a month since my last ttbp post. I thought it was
shorter, but sometimes time just seems to fly away. Hopefully I can actually
