Been a while...

What a long, strange three months it's been. Three months of working from
a makeshift desk in my bedroom. Three months since my children saw the
inside of their schools. Three months of leaving the house only if masked
and gloved. Three months spent solving only the most immediate problems,
and not planning for anything more than what might happen in the immediate
future.
It's been a long, strange three months, but not a bad three months. An
uncertain, anxious three months, but not a lost three months. It's been a
time to take stock of what matters and what didn't really matter... a time
to see with fresh eyes what makes life worth living and what living isn't
really life at at all...
