So, it's 2019, and my first day back at work, and I'm sick. Not sick of
work, but just sick.
Hopefully, it's a 24-hour type thing.
I hate resolutions, but I am going to take this chance to renew commitment
to fixing my diet, which has been shite for the past 18 months or so.
And that has led to me packing back on all of the weight I had previously
lost.
So, back at square one, but going to start (again). I know it's doable,
it just takes committment.
Hopefully, also, the rest of this week is chill. I've got stuff to catch
up on.
