-- 1453 UTC So, got a new desk location at work. A few people have
asked,"How do you like it here now?" My answer? "It's less worse than
the other desk."
Sorry, I just cannot get excited about working in a panopticon.
I generally just spend half my day in the closet working, literally.
There's a closet that I go and work in, rather than at my desk.
I heard one person remark,"Well, only the people who aren't working care
if people see what is on their screens..." No, it's not about seeing
what it on my screen, it's about being in an open room. It's just highly
unnerving, and stressful.
But, on a brighter note: ~ 3 weeks in with the new doggo (A daschund).
Took him with me for a short run the other day, and he did fantastic for
his first run. Now, we just need to work on housebreaking a 1 and some
change year old dog, and getting him to stop play-biting out hands and...
Noses. Yeah. He has a thing for gnawing on noses?
Can't wait for the next weather break, to take him for another run.
And, can't wait for the weather to be decent, so we can go for our runs
regularly :)
