Some notes about bread making:
Most basic recipe is -


       * Flour

       * Package of yeast

       * Some sugar (Couple of table spoons)

       * Water (About a cup or so)


Anything else is just extra flavor/texture/etc adjustment.
Temperature that has worked best thus far: 350 deg F
Time to bake: ~25 minutes. Keep tabs on it starting at 20 minutes
Basic steps -


       * Proof the yeast with sugar water

       * Mix flour with whatever else you're adding (Salt, etc)

       * Dump in water while mixing

       * Keep mixing until flour pulls away from the sides

       * Knead for 10 minutes

       * Make a bolus, and put it back in your bowl (Grease it).

       * Cover with towel, and wait for the bolus to double in size

       * Get the oven turned on to preheat

       * Dump out the dough, and knead for a couple of minutes

       * Gussy up the loaf. Split it, plait it, shape it, etc etc.

       * Put that bad boy in the oven
