The pb utility now has a full repo with installer, man page, and
a basic bash completion. I hear fish pulls its compleyions from
man, so that may work too. Let me know if you try it.

It still defaults to tilde.team's 0x0 pastebin, but you can
override that with the -s option, or just change the var near the
top of the script.
