2019-11-27 - Small

It is raining a lot today, and i'm in my attic computering. As
always i enjoy the sound of the rain on the window in my roof. I
enjoy sitting in this room. And when thinking about it, i think
this is all the space i need. My house is really too big for me.
Somehow i want to optimize things to be smaller all the time. This
applies to my digital footprint, but also for my material needs.
I just prefer things to be simple and structured, so that i can
understand things by glancing over them. It's probably the result
of being a total control freak or something. Ah well. Whatever.

Talking about Edward Norton; Yesterday i saw "Motherless Brooklyn"
in the cinema. Norton plays a guy with Tourettes, and he does that
very well. The movie was nice, and somehow i find Norton's voice
very pleasant to hear. It's a shame though that movie trailers
nowadays tend to spoil a lot of the movie, and i wish i hadn't seen
the trailer of this movie already.
Hey, it stopped raining for a bit. That's a shame... The sound of
the rain is really a nice addition to the dark coziness of my CLI.
I'm gonna make another cup of tea, and wonder about the goodness of
textfiles and terminals.
