Economist and Duma Deputy Mikhail Delyagin presents his |

solid program to fundamentally re-construct Russia's |
|
economy on the principle of national sovereignty. |
|
|
|
The catalyst was the decisions by the Western bloc in |
|
early 2022 to dramatically disengage from Russia in all |
|
possible domains blocking financial transactions, |
|
freezing assets, suspending commercial contracts, |
|
including the purchase of vital resources, closing |
|
airspace, as well as banning athletes, musicians and even |
|
cats. |
|
|
|
Russia responded with some reciprocal measures (not in |
|
the sporting and cultural spheres). Many more measures, |
|
principally in the economic domain, should be |
|
implemented, and the time is now, says Mr. Delyagin. |
