Former head of the BBC, Lord Michael Grade, has accused |

the BBC of gleefully reporting the Partygate scandal, |
|
with a disrespectful tone. |

Lord Grade said, The tone is too aggressive. "Are you |
|
lying to the British public?" |
|
|
|
The Met Police are currently investigating parties at |
|
Downing Street during lockdown, which the Prime Minister |
|
Boris Johnson is accused of attending, after a redacted |
|
version of Sue Gray s Partygate report found serious |
|
failings of leadership in allowing the events to take |
|
place. |
