Vigilantes Surrender Following December Clashes
Thirty-seven men, including two leaders, surrendered to
authorities in Michoacan after a shootout between rival
groups last month left 11 dead.

The government is distributing identification cards to
1.6 million refugees under a new plan that would provide
them access to basic services like healthcare and
education.

Breath Test Could Help Diagnose Type 1 Diabetes
Oxford University researchers identified the relationship
