Saturday marked the 19th weekend of demonstration in |
|
Paris, France. |
|
|
|
In the 18th week, violence in the Elysium Fields, stores |
|
were looted, one of the most famous restaurant, Fouquet |
|
was damaged. |
|
|
|
Macron responded by deploying military forces against the |
|
Yellow Vest movements, specifically stationing them at |
|
strategic government assets. |
|
|
|
The atmosphere remained relatively calm. People played |
|
some music, and chanted the usual slogans such as, |
|
Macron, we are going to take you . |
|
|
|
Police walked beside the cortege. Many times, the |
|
protesters yelled Everybody hates the police." Some from |
|
the far left draw the "A" symbol of anarchy and the |
|
classical ACAB . |
