Please report suspected adverse-drug-reactions (ADRs) to |
|
the regulatory body in your own country. UK is |
|
www.yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk - reporting ADRs by patients |
|
is encouraged in the UK. You do not have to be 100% |
|
certain it is the drug, as they take into account there |
|
may be other factors. However if enough people do report |
|
a particular ADR it may trigger investigation into the |
|
harm caused by a particular drug. |

effects on the UK medicines regulatory body the MHRA web |
|
site (Medicines Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency). |

They have Drug Analysis Prints (DAPs) of, they say, all |

report. Pharmacists and nurses have been allowed to |
|
report for just a few years. Doctors should but few do |
|
report serious side effects. It is calculated less than |
|
10% of serious adverse drug reactions (ADRs) are ever |
|
