It was a hard hitting dodge ball tournament Sunday for a |
|
worthy cause at the Calvary Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa. |
|
The goal was to raise money for Wes Walby as he goes to |
|
Minnesota to seek treatment for a rare form of lung |
|
cancer. His family was able to raise over 1,600 dollars |
|
to go toward the 3,000 needed to send him to the Mayo |
|
Clinic in Minnesota. Many people who played didn't know |
|
the Walby family personally but were happy to help. |
|
Tuscaloosa's own Diante Wilder even showed up to lend his |
|
support. |
