What Can We Do For Palestine?
This is a question that is on everyone's mind day and
night. Be it Palestine, Yemen, Syria, Kashmir, China,
Myanmar, and so many other places around the world where
the Muslims are in trouble, there is only so much we can
do after giving in charity, raising awareness, and
pushing those in power to take action. Isn't it? No. Not
at all.
There are two very important things that we can still do
and that is what this small book will focus on: Dua and
Rectifying Our Actions. In this process of rectification,
one of the biggest hurdles that lie in our way is our
society drowning in riba and debt. Why is this an issue?
This is an issue because other matters like becoming lax
in our prayers, avoiding lies and backbiting, and other
sins are something at an individual level that we can
work on rectifying. Riba on the other hand is something
that is affecting us at a community level.
We hope and pray to Allah that this small book helps us
reflect on where we are falling short, realising where
our true support will come from, start making an
immediate change today, and move towards rectifying our
situations - be it at the individual level or the Ummah
level.
This book includes:
- Dua: The Weapon of the Believer
- How Is Qunut an-Nazilah Done?
- What Should We Change?
- Riba Is Blocking Our Duas
- What Role Do I Play Here?
- Why Does Allah Allow Evil To Happen?
- Apparent Evil and Divine Wisdom
- Moving Forward: The Road Ahead
