of human trafficking where they wind up in forced labor, |

slavery, or commercial sexual exploitation. Some are |

tortured just |

for the fun of it. Some are killed in order to sell their |

organs. |

Sadly, I have heard |
|
of at least one man who sold at least one of his |
|
daughters so he can |
|
have money to buy alcohol. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
In another realm of |
|
sinful activity, it has been reported that seniors lose |
|
an estimated |
|
$2.9 billion dollars annually from financial |
|
exploitation, according |
|
to the Senate Special Committee on Aging. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
As you see, a lot of |
|
people like to USE their fellow human beings to satisfy |
|
their sinful |
|
nature in various ways. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Most of the time it |
|
is not as extreme as the examples that were just given. |
|
Nonetheless, |
|
some people and businesses file false claims to get |
|
insurance money. |
|
Some people sue companies for ridiculous reasons. |
|
Numerous men are |
|
forced to pay an inordinate amount of child support. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
And whether it is |
|
like the examples just given, or someone becomes the |
|
object of |
|
childish joking or constant disrespect, most people are |
|
negatively |
|
used in some way at least once in their life. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
People that are |
|
negatively used often have a life of hopelessness and |
|
despair. Such |
|
was the case of Hagar and others as presented in Genesis |
|
16 and 21. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
