PrintRBot Metal Plus Fan Shroud for E3D Hot End (869692) |

This is a fan shroud for use with an E3D V6 Hot End. This |
|
will accommodate a 40mm fan of both 20mm and 40mm debth. |
|
I used 22mm M3 Screws to attach the fan. |
|
|
|
Also, this design assumes use of |
|
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:559657 to attach the E3D |
|
hotend to the printrbot Metal Plus |
|
|
|
Update: Altered the design to give a bit more room |
|
between the shroud and the build plate. The 40mm Fan |
|
comes reall yclose to the X Axis belt, so be mindful of |
|
that. Also, I have been using epoxy to glue to two pieced |
|
together rather than use the screw holes, it's easier and |
|
more robust that way. |
