I asked my wife about the IceBox Challenge contest and |
|
she wanted something to quickly cool a casserole. Just |
|
setting the dish on a glass shelf does not allow cool air |
|
to penetrate the dish from the bottom. Placing a dish on |
|
this device closes a switch and that causes the fan to |
|
move air under the dish for a set amount of time. |
