I had a bunch of end mills laying around for which I (no |
|
longer) had cases to store them in, so I made some based |
|
off of existing end mill containers. |
|
|
|
I've printed every size and tested them; they work fine |
|
with PETG. The 6 mm size is perhaps a little too loose; |
|
shrink the outsize sleeve by 0.1 or 0.2 mm in the XY |
|
plane in your slicer. Other materials may also work; |
|
haven't tried. No post-processing required. |
|
|
|
**Extrusion width needs to be set to 0.50 mm** (in s3d). |
|
My prints also benefit from 1.20 mm coasting distance, |
|
but that depends on your setup and other settings. |
