I'm currently running a Kickstarter (link above) focused |
|
on arctic, tundra, and the icy north, and one that that I |
|
have enjoyed doing lately is making "props" to be used in |
|
scenarios (such as this [owlbear |
|
talon](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3780835) and |
|
[snowflake |
|
broach](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3861603)). I |
|
wanted to make some for Wilds of Wintertide too, and this |
|
is the second one! |
|
|
|
The most recently unlocked stretch goal is focused on |
|
Walrus Folk and their epic Walrus God Aspect. Walrus are |
|
commonplace in the arctic tundra, and their tusks are |
|
often carved with designs and used as totems and |
|
artifacts. |
|
|
|
This prop is such a totem - it's carved to depict an |
|
arctic beast (a yeti perhaps?) with some runic designs, |
|
and has a hammered & riveted metal casing over the end. |
|
It prints as a single piece upright and supportless, on |
|
both FDM and resin printers - and paints up quick/easy. |
|
|
|
