Nichols Library s Halloween on the Riverwalk had to be |
|
moved inside, but that didn t bring the excitement down. |

Kids of all ages were decked out in their costumes and |
|
filled up the library s community room to get ready for a |
|
spook-tacular time. |
|
|
|
We have Halloween stories, Halloween songs for the kids |
|
to move and dance around. We have what are called prop |
|
stories, which are big stories told with props instead of |
|
actually reading the book, said Liz Londe, children s |
|
services associate at the library. |
|
|
|
After bopping their heads to the music, singing along, |
|
and shaking all that energy out with their dance moves, |
|
everyone settled down for a puppet show. |
|
|
|
And of course, it wouldn t be a Halloween event without |
|
getting a sweet treat at the end. |
