teachers in relation to their motivational factors. This |

study used a |

descriptive research The respondents were the teachers of |

the Senior High |

School Department who rendered minimum of 2 years of |
|
service were being |

surveyed. A modified teacher's evaluation instrument was |
|
used. The results |
|
were validated using the following statistical tools |
|
Percentage, Weighted |
|
Mean and the Analysis of Variance. Results of the study |
|
show that there is a |
|
significant relationship between the motivational factors |
|
and the teaching |
|
performance of teachers. Human Resource programs of the |
|
organization should |
|
be enhanced in order to address the needs of the teachers |
|
thus increase more |
|
motivation and productivity. |
