This
research determined the over all performance of the
Senior High School
teachers in relation to their motivational factors. This
study used a
descriptive research The respondents were the teachers of
the Senior High
School Department who rendered minimum of 2 years of
service were being
surveyed. A modified teacher's evaluation instrument was
used. The results
were validated using the following statistical tools
Percentage, Weighted
Mean and the Analysis of Variance. Results of the study
show that there is a
significant relationship between the motivational factors
and the teaching
performance of teachers. Human Resource programs of the
organization should
be enhanced in order to address the needs of the teachers
thus increase more
motivation and productivity.
