Are you worried about COVID-19 (2019 novel coronavirus?) |
|
We understand. New viruses can be scary. But you should |
|
know that there are simple things you can do to protect |
|
yourself and others. |
|
One. Wash your hands. Use soap and water for twenty |
|
seconds or more. |
|
Two. Stay home when you are sick. |
|
Three. Don't touch your eyes, nose, or mouth with |
|
unwashed hands. |
|
Four. Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then was |
|
your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer. |
|
Five. Get a flu shot. Remember, COVID-19 isn't the only |
|
virus that can make you sick. |
